Acceptance

By using Luna Relax you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Not medical advice

Luna Relax is a wellness and relaxation companion. It is not a therapist, medical device, or a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. If you are in crisis or may harm yourself or others, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the content you create. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your region.

Subscriptions & billing

• Luna Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or 6-month) purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled under the respective store's policies.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers & liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

For downloads from the Apple App Store, your use of Luna Relax is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard Apple EULA), in addition to these Terms.

In summary, that agreement provides that:

• You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use Luna Relax only on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, and as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.
• The license is personal to you. You may not distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or make the app available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at once.
• Luna Relax (the developer), not Apple, is solely responsible for the app, its content, and any support or maintenance. Apple has no obligation to provide support.
• Luna Relax, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any product claims — including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and consumer-protection claims — and for handling any third-party intellectual-property infringement claims.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the agreement and may enforce it against you.
• You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government prohibited or restricted-party list.
